伤哉贫也，教人世多少，须眉无颜色。留得乾坤清气在，输与茅檐弱息。
玉琢心坚，金将胆铸，岂守凡情迫。寒泉深处，定知含笑相即。
从此身作完人，心无遗憾，也终全清白。几辈峨冠方讲学，都被金夫沈溺。
荆布家风，蓬蒿生长，那藉诗书力。管彤熴耀。远哉丰镐遗泽。

清江苏江宁人，字子畴。同治间年四十余，始以优贡疏荐内阁中书，光绪间官至侍读。性兀傲不与时俗。卒年七十三。有《名文勖行录》、《赋源楚辞启蒙》及诗文词笔记等。
