戴贞素（1883—1951），原名仙俦，字祺孙。潮州人。晚清秀才。能诗善文工书。尝执教席于潮州各学堂。为当时粤东一大名士。仙寿骑箕之后，沧海水枯，红羊劫尽，其名亦如风过波平，了无痕迹，知之者甚少。近得见其遗著《听鹃楼诗钞》稿本，收录其生平诗作四百九十有六首，前有王国镇、郭心尧、柯亭之序，饶锷、吴鹤笙、刘仲英、郑雪耘、张尚芳、詹安泰、蔡儒兰、蔡狂父、柯可侬之题词，皆为当日粤东文林一时之选，可知祺孙诗名籍甚。然其诗集从未刊行，故没世无闻焉。戊子始由受业郭国英等梓印。
