龛山亦秀拔，遥与赭山对。两山束一水，江海为之汇。
是曰南大亹，众流贯乎内。不知自何年，沧桑迭相代。
莽莽连平沙，扬尘应已再。陆陵蔽桑麻，水道几茫昧。
我来一延览，早已得其概。山径虽不深，绵延足塘埭。
浩浩日夕流，谁复患壅溃。龙飞凤舞交，峰峰无向背。
溜乃趋中泓，四野都沾溉。曩时庆安流，是处歌康乂。
何当挽天吴，包举凭坤载。

嵇曾筠（1670—1738年），字松友，号礼斋，江苏无锡人。清朝官员，著名水利专家。康熙四十五年，中进士，选庶吉士。历任河南巡抚、兵部侍郎、河南副总河、河道总督，视国事如家事。知人善任，恭慎廉明，治河著绩。用引河杀险法，节省钱财。累官文华殿大学士、吏部尚书，出为浙江总督。乾隆三年，以为内阁学士。四年，卒于家，终年六十九岁，追赠少保，谥号文敏，入祀贤良祠。著有《防河奏议》、《师善堂集》。
