生平未省读食经，蟛蜞何事干荀卿。
霜螯带糟老饕赋，素鳞斫脍晶盘行。
政欲莼鲈饱归兴，肯嫌蛙蛤讥南烹。
谁言厚味多腊毒，坐疑匕箸生戎兵。
缁尘浪欲滓银海，所赖炯炯留元精。
飞蛾扰灯室光暗，很蟆食月天公惊。
我今所患在目睫，口非得罪曹缄铭。
一身百体兼所养，六凿未可分重轻。
讵容贵目乃贱口，无端肠胃甘檗冰。
就令辟谷即仙去，何异馁鼠乘飞翎。
我闻养生先实腹，幸乏明珠买娉婷。
稻鱼粗可足生理，饥梦不到侯门鲭。
更畦菘薤自锄灌，肯与鸡鹜争余赢。

郑清之（1176—1251）南宋大臣。初名燮，字德源、文叔，别号安晚，庆元道鄞县（今浙江宁波）人。嘉泰二年进士及第。历官光禄大夫，左、右丞相，太傅，卫国公（齐国公）等。淳祐末年，元兵大举侵宋，郑清之进十龟元吉箴劝帝励精图治，未能实施，而后退仕隐居，諡忠定，著有《安晚集》六十卷。
