君不闻伊挚初耕有莘野，禄之弗顾千驷马。
春作秋成随老农，贫贱甘心万人下。
一朝幡然感三聘，五就成汤五就夏。
悠悠如云行太空，竟使三风变为雅。
东西南北赖来苏，天下农夫谁似者。
又不闻傅说安身操板筑，远离世间名与禄。
那知商帝梦中形，远近搜求不容伏。
草茅夕起朝为相，俾后从绳正如木。
四海俊{父去右丶}咸风从，跋扈诸侯尽臣仆。
功成止见颜容改，了了壮心无反覆。
平生懒性愿退藏，退藏恐遂成荒唐。
因求古人作鉴戒，管宁华歆情所当。
齐名遁迹俱锄菜，掷之不顾为人量。
诗书俎豆化辽海，威武富贵何披猖。
初年虚名大可耻，末路高风纾思长。
有志君当学伊傅，忘情我不傲羲皇。
愿如幼安有终始，进退一致宜加详。

（1106—1162）宋建宁崇安人，字仁仲，号五峰。胡安国子。幼师杨时、侯仲良，而卒传其父之学。优游衡山下二十余年，张栻师事之。高宗绍兴中，以荫补官，不调。秦桧死，被召，以疾辞。有《知言》、《皇王大纪》、《五峰集》。
