若有人兮江之皋，搴珠树兮纫落毛。
既轻举以无睐，众流磨磨兮汩独与吾相遭。
余惧夫人之仙幻兮，指逵术以要之。
忽改容而善步兮，纷还折之得宜。
斥姬满这荒淫兮，服尧禹之所趋，
载神鼎以自随兮，出夔魍以惊愚。
予虑夫参重以贾踣兮，曰此耿耿之故也。
闵一世之滔滔兮，谓彼不吾即而吾亦为此惧也。
岁贸贸其婉晚兮，天浩浩其雨霜。
反而顾余兮，被发内狂。
前九疑之丧道兮，后渭滻之无梁。
微夫子之亢衡兮，几人鬼这披攘。
望兔迹之咫尺兮，仡驰鹜之坚强。
车轧轧其相摩，肩促促其相望。
欲抽惊讶而改错兮，虑夫子这我惩。
忽风后其降予兮，天老字予以嘉名。
独怦怦其不自得兮，泪流轼之纵横。
幸哀其中道这离立兮，若示之以正通。

字器之，号臞翁，一号臞庵，自称“东塘人”。淳熙七年（1180年）乡荐第一，客居昆山。在太学，曾写诗送朱熹，又作诗悼赵汝愚，忤韩侂胄。庆元五年（1199年）进士。历任海门县主簿，漳州府学教授、广东转运司主管文字。因临安书商陈起刊刻《江湖集》受株连贬官。官至温陵通判。宝庆三年（1227年）卒。著有《臞翁诗集》2卷，收入《南宋群贤小集》。《江湖集》、《江湖后集》可见其佚诗。
